Warranty Card and Original Proof of Purchase

When you purchase a Piccola & Jofrette watch, you will receive an international warranty card. The warranty card provides information about the place and date of purchase. To activate the warranty, the card must be duly completed, dated, stamped, and signed by the authorized Piccola & Jofrette dealer. Warranty claims will only be considered if an original proof of purchase is also provided.

Without a warranty card and proof of purchase, the maintenance costs for the watch will be charged to the customer. Subsequent alterations or falsification of the warranty card or proof of purchase will invalidate the warranty.

As a consumer, you may have rights under the applicable national legislation on the sale of consumer goods; these remain unaffected by this warranty.

International Purchase Guarantee

Your Piccola & Jofrette watch is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects which must be discovered and confirmed as such by an authorized Piccola & Jofrette repairer. Any defective part will be repaired or replaced free of charge at Piccola & Jofrette’s sole discretion.

Guarantee for glasses and bracelets is only valid for manufacturing defects, not against excessive force, incorrect handling or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims are not valid in the following cases:

• Transport and delivery damage
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear and use
• Damage caused by moisture (in the event of incorrect handling by the customer)
• Damage caused by an accident, improper operation or misuse (e.g. knocks, blows, crushing, etc.)
• Damage caused by unauthorized maintenance or repair
• Loss or theft
