Quotation and Prices

The prices in our offers and order confirmations are generally binding. The prices include the Swiss value added tax (VAT) of 8,1% for deliveries within Switzerland. For deliveries outside Switzerland, the prices do not include Swiss VAT. Country-specific VAT and customs duties are levied directly in the recipient country by the forwarding agent and cannot be influenced by us. These costs are at your expense.

Shipping

We generally deliver worldwide. The delivery is sent by Swiss Post (priority, registered). The watch can also be collected by arrangement. Please note that the shipping time depends on the availability of the watch, your exact destination, and the customs regulations of your country. The declaration of the value of the goods always corresponds to the invoice amount. As soon as you place an order, we will contact you and let you know the approximate delivery time. As a rule, however, the watch should be delivered within 5-7 working days.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs (packaging and transportation) are:

• Shipping within Switzerland: free of charge
• Shipping outside Switzerland: free of charge
• Special shipping within Switzerland or abroad: charged at cost

Right of Return

You can return ordered goods to us at your own expense and risk within 14 days of the date of dispatch. This does not apply to items that have already been used. The goods must be undamaged, complete and in their original packaging. The reason for the return must also be stated. If these criteria are met, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping costs. If the return criteria are not met, we may refuse to accept the return. Please inform us via the contact form if you are returning the watch.
