With its collection, Piccola & Jofrette is committed to the authentic development and manufacture of mechanical Swiss watches, whose components are created exclusively in collaboration with partners from Switzerland and are produced locally within a radius of only 70 km from Biel-Bienne, between La Chaux-de-Fonds and Frutigen.
A Piccola & Jofrette watch is characterized in particular by its ergonomics and exceptional wearing comfort, making it an ideal companion for work and leisure. The PJ1 was designed to sit perfectly on the wrist with its specially flat case shape of just 9.6 mm, making it the ideal companion to a business shirt or a blouse. The origins of the design date back to the 1950s, which is reflected not only in the shape of the case but also in the positioning of the numerals and optimum readability.
Watch Straps
In the production of watch straps, Piccola & Jofrette places great emphasis on sustainable and regional manufacturing. The leather comes from Frutiger sturgeon (Switzerland) or Red deer (Switzerland). The natural processing is done without artificial dyes in a carefully selected Swiss traditional tannery in Steffisburg. The final assembly into the finished product takes place in Riedbach (Switzerland), where the straps are hand-stitched in the traditional manner.
Piccola & Jofrette offers a total of 6 variants of watch straps, all equipped with an «Easy Change Clip System» that allows the owner to easily and quickly change the strap themself.
